The Rama chat shell (message list, input, "undo that", taste profile, "never do this again", 150-action bucket counter) is blocked on Claude's agent/chat-protocol.md. No protocol has been invented here. The handoff (owner name, bowl domain, variant, first prompt) is collected in the next step and shown as plain data only.

Decorating happens in the Rama chat shell. From the live page: "Make the background darker" works. So does "this feels off, make it weirder." If you don't like a change, say "undo that" — every edit is saved in your repo history.
